IL VUOTO POST PERFORMANCE

Non so' se vi capita anche a voi....

Ma io sento una specie di vuoto ....da assenza da Circum...

Forse perche' sono ancora scoppiato e devo recuperare ...forse perche' devo andare in ferie ....non so'....ma questo e' il mio stato d'animo.

Ciao Marti
in gergo tecnico si chiama "vuoto post-performance" che prende sia chi va in scena che chi sta fuori (quindi per te è doppio!). Il vuoto è decisamente peggio per chi sta fuori (registi, tecnici..) perché non possono attraverso l'azione performativa liberare l'adrenalina e la carica emotiva.
Questo è ciò che ho imparato al Master..
Il miglior rimedio? Parlarne con gli amici, bersi una birra e rivangare i momenti clou .. funziona.. abbastanza..

Ele mi ha mandato un messaggio che diceva "Ciao cri, che evento spettacolare.. come va il tuo vuoto? il mio è grande!"

After 17 hours of trip we arrived to Alburquerque! Thanks to Vedogiovane

really pitty that finally we cant to make an evaluation of worker team,
